Can my Big Brother raise at home?

My brother can't raise it at home, it is protecting animals in itself. This bird's body is between 23-28 cm, with black feathers, but white wing spots.Usually inhabits hills and plain areas below 2,000 meters above sea level. I like insects such as locusts, crickets, and turtles. They can also eat grain and plant fruits. They belong to agricultural piper, and because they have imitation capabilities, they are also used as pets.
