Will the Alexander parrot fly?

Alexander's big parrot certainly flys. This parrot's flight ability is not very strong, but after all, it is much faster than running, so it is difficult to find it once flying away.Under normal circumstances, in order to prevent birds from flying, some of its flying feathers can be cut off, so that even if it can't fly long, it will land to avoid it from escaping. In addition, the metal cage must be turned off, and the wooden cage is not good.
