Xuanfeng parrot has 2-5 eggs at a time.It is usually mature when it is 8 months old, and it can breed more than one year old.The annual breeding period is from August to December. The birds will first built nests in the tree hole, and then start to hatch with eggs. They can be out of shell when they wait for 19 days.Both female and male birds will participate in incubation and brooding. Usually, the wings are full when the chicks are 33 days old, but they need to be fed for about 3 weeks.
